The HOAFiscal System

A system which allows Owners to review their charges and payments online.  Currently, Owners can also set their accounts to allow the Association to pull e-payments (ACH) from Owner accounts.

Our next phase is to roll out an e-check system where the Owners can push their payments to the Association, either on demand or on a recurring monthly basis.

HOAFiscal is excited to roll out interactive reporting on Association expenses and revenues.  Directors, Officers and Owners can look at the financial activity and feel confident that bills are paid and money is fully accounted for.

Can the Treasurer do the accounting entries?  

That is coming in our October 2023 release.  We are currently taking our data entry system and redesigning it for web-based entry and setting permissions and security for data entry.  

What reports will be available for review?

For our May 2023 release, we will have Cash Received and Expended, summary of delinquencies, and vendor bills paid.
